SPECIAL MEETING

A special meeting of the City Council of the City of Janesville,
held in the Municipal Building, December 4, 1995 at 7:15 a.m.
The meeting was called to order by Acting Council President
O'Leary.
Present: Councilmembers Stehura, Schneider, O'Leary, and Thomas.
Absent: Council President Heitzman, Councilmembers Brien and Noll.
1. A proposed resolution appropriating funds, authorizing
expenditures, and levying a tax therefore by the City of Janesville
for the fiscal year ending December 31, 1996.
Councilmember Stehura moved to adopt said resolution, seconded by
Councilmember Thomas and passed unanimously. (File Resolution No.
95-1981)
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 7:20
a.m.
