Organizational meeting of the City Council of the City of
Janesville, held in the Municipal Building, April 18, 1995 at 7:30 a.m.
The meeting was called to order by Councilmember Noll.
Present: Councilmembers Stehura, Heitzman, Brien, O'Leary, Noll,
Schneider, and Thomas.
ELECTION OF COUNCIL PRESIDENT
Councilmember O'Leary moved to nominate Councilmember Heitzman for
the position of council president, seconded by Councilmember
Schneider and passed with the following vote: Aye: Councilmembers
Stehura, Brien, O'Leary, Noll, Schneider, and Thomas. Pass:
Councilmember Heitzman.
Council President Heitzman established the new seating arrangement
for the Council, starting at the president's far left:
Councilmembers Stehura, Brien, Schneider, and Noll; and, starting
from the Council President's far right: Councilmembers Thomas and
0 ' Leary.
There being no further business, the Council adjourned at 7:35 a.m.
