Regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Janesville, held
in the Municipal Building, 8 September 1992.
The meeting was called to order by Council President Brien.
Present: Council President Brien and Councilmember Stehura.
Absent: Councilmembers Heitzman, O'Leary, Noll, Schneider and
Thomas.
Council President Brien stated that there was not a quorum present,
and therefore, the meeting was adjourned.
