SPECIAL MEETING

Special Meeting of the City Council of the city of Janesville,
held in the Municipal Building, 19 March 1993.
All Councilmembers were present. Also in attendance were Steve
Sheiffer, Tom Rogers, and Wald Klimczyk.
A motion was made by Councilmember O'Leary, seconded by
Councilmember Noll, to convene into closed session pursuant to
Section 19.85(1) (e) of the Wisconsin Statutes for the purpose of
deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties,
the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified
business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a
closed session, pertaining to real property. The motion passed
unanimously.
The City Council reconvened into open session at 8:00 a.m. Mr.
Rogers reviewed the implementation plan and time schedule for the
curbside recycling program. The Council indicated general
consensus.
The meeting adjourned at 8:10 a.m.
