A special meeting of the City Council of the City of Janesville,
held in the Municipal Building, November 8, 1993.
Present: Council President O'Leary, Councilmembers Stehura, Noll,
Schneider, and Brien. Absent: Councilmembers Heitzman and Thomas.
OLD BUSINESS
1. Review of the 1994 Proposed City Budget.
Council reviewed the Utilities budget.
Councilmember Thomas arrived at 6:36 p.m.
Councilmember Heitzman arrived at 6:39 p.m.
Council reviewed the Library budget.
Councilmember Thomas left the meeting at 8:37 p.m.
Councilmember Heitzman requested the Library Director prepare
information on savings if public hours were decreased to 68 per
week due to an earlier closing time on Fridays.
Council reviewed the Leisure Services Administration budget.
Councilmember Thomas returned at 9:17 p.m.
Council reviewed the Recreation, Aquatics, and Senior Citizens
Center budgets.
Councilmember Schneider left the meeting at 10:10 p.m.
Council reviewed the Parks budget.
NEW BUSINESS
1. Matters not on the agenda. There were none.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 10:26
p.m.
