2024-2208 RESOLUTION NO. 2024-2208
A resolution approving the final plat of Ridges of Rock County Plat Number 3.
WHEREAS, a plat of"Ridges of Rock County Plat Number 3", A subdivision lying in the
NW '/4 of the SW.1/4 of Section 4 and in the NE.1/4 of the SE.1/4 of Section 5, all in
T.3N., R.13E. of the 4th P.M., City of Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, was duly
approved by the City Plan Commission on the 18 day of March 2024, and is
incorporated herein by reference;
WHEREBY, this certain tract of land is platted into blocks, lots and outlot;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL of the City of
Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, that said plat of"Ridges of Rock County Plat
Number 3" be and is hereby accepted and approved for the purposes thereon shown.
