An ordinance changing and establishing the zoning classification of property located at
3430 Mineral Point Avenue to R1 upon annexation.
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JANESVILLE DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. The zoning classification of the following described property is established
as R1, Single-Family and Two-Family Residence District:
PART OF THE SW 1/4 OF THE SW '/a OF SECTION 27, T.3N., R.12E. OF THE 4TH P.M.,
TOWN OF JANESVILLE, ROCK COUNTY, WISCONSIN
DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: Commencing at a railroad spike at the SW '/4 of said Section;
thence N.89°36'26"E. along the South Line of the SW 1/4 of said Section 700.95 feet; thence
N.0°25'55"W. 40.0 feet to the place of beginning; thence N.0°25'55"W. 125.42 feet; thence
N.89°41'57"E. 132.0 feet; thence S.0°25'57"E. 125.21 feet; thence S.89°36'26"W. 132.0 feet the
place of beginning. Containing 16,542 sq ft.
SECTION II. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption by the Common
Council, the public health, welfare, peace, tranquility, good order, public benefit, and police
power so requiring.
