2023-872 FILE ORDINANCE NO. 2023-872
An Ordinance amending the list of streets required to stop to other designated streets, with a
penalty for violations thereof as provided in Section 38-3.
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JANESVILLE DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: Section 38-81 of the Code of General Ordinances of the City of Janesville is
hereby amended by adding the following:
For the East and West Milwaukee Street (Center Avenue/Centerway to East
Centerway) entry; add "North and South Parker Drive" to the "Except at"
column
SECTION II: Section 38-107 of the Code of General Ordinances of the City of Janesville is
hereby amended by adding the following:
"(50) East Milwaukee Street and North and South Parker Drive"
