An ordinance changing the zoning classification of property located at 3402 N. County
Highway F from 01, Office/Residence District to M1, Light Industrial District with a penalty
and injunctive relief for a violation thereof as set forth in Section 42-332 of the Code of
General Ordinances of the City of Janesville.
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JANESVILLE DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. The zoning classification of the following described property is hereby changed from
01, Office/Residence District to M1, Light Industrial District:
Part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 13, Township 3 North, Range 12
East of the 4th Principal Meridian, Rock County, Wisconsin, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a found 3/4" iron pin at the southeast corner of said Northwest Quarter, thence North
88 degrees 44 minutes 07 seconds West, 503.75 feet on the south line of said Northwest Quarter,
thence North 0 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East, 98.67 feet; thence North 45 degrees 07
minutes 54 seconds East, 217.71 feet, to the beginning of a non-tangent curve to the left whose
radius is 162.80 feet, the chord of which bears North 24 degrees 49 minutes 27 seconds East, a
chord distance of 117.69 feet, to the beginning of a non-tangent line; thence North 0 degrees 29
minutes 58 seconds West, 118.33 feet, to the beginning of a non-tangent curve to the left whose
radius is 711.06 feet, the chord of which bears North 22 degrees 59 minutes 04 seconds West, a
chord distance of 443.23 feet, to the beginning of a non-tangent line; thence North 0 degrees 00
minutes 00 seconds East, 83.80 feet, to the northerly line of the premises described in Ordinance
No. 2011-481 and adopted by the Common Council of the City of Janesville on June 27, 2011;
thence South 69 degrees 36 minutes 15 seconds East (record bearing South 69 degrees 36
minutes East) a distance of 492.34 feet, to the east line of the Northwest Quarter of said Section
13; thence South 0 degrees 53 minutes 19 seconds East, 808.88 feet on said east line, to the
southeast corner of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 13, to the Point of Beginning.
SECTION II. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption by the Common Council,
the public health, welfare, peace, tranquility, good order, public benefit, and police power so
requiring.
