2022-852 FILE ORDINANCE NO. 2022-852 An ordinance changing the zoning classification of property located at 314 West Milwaukee Street from B5, Central Business District to B6, Central Service District, with a penalty and injunctive relief for a violation thereof as set forth in Section 42- 332 of the Code of General Ordinances of the City of Janesville. THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JANESVILLE DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I. The zoning classification of the following described property is hereby changed from B5, Central Business District to B6, Central Service District: Lots 140, 141, 142 & the western 30 feet of Lots 100 & 102 of Smith, Bailey & Stone's Addition and being located in Section 36, T.3N., R12E. of the 4th P.M., City of Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin. This also includes one-half of the public right-of-way of North High Street and West Milwaukee Street adjoining the above-described property. SECTION II. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption by the Common Council, the public health, welfare, peace, tranquility, good order, public benefit, and police power so requiring.
