2022-835 ORDINANCE NO. 2022-835 An ordinance changing the zoning classification of property located at the northerly terminus of Fulton Street from B4, Business Highway District, to M2, General Industrial District, with a penalty and injunctive relief for a violation thereof as set forth in Section 42-332 of the Code of General Ordinances of the City of Janesville. THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JANESVILLE DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I. The zoning classification of the following described property is hereby changed from B4, Business Highway District, to M2, General Industrial District: Lot 4 and part of Lot 3 of a certified survey map recorded in Volume 13, Pages 501 and 502 of Certified Survey Maps of Rock County, Wisconsin, as Document No. 1089197, located in the SE '/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 7, SW '/4 of the SW % of Section 8, NW '/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 17 and NE 1/4 of the NE % of Section 18, all in T.3N., R.13E. of the 4th P.M., City of Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin; also including one-half of the public right-of-way of Interstate 39/90 and Fulton Street adjoining the above-described property. SECTION II. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption by the Common Council, the public health, welfare, peace, tranquility, good order, public benefit, and police power so requiring.
