2022-1973 RESOLUTION NO. 2022-1973
A resolution recognizing Scott V. Nusbaum for his employment at the City of
Janesville.
WHEREAS, Scott V. Nusbaum retired from City of Janesville employment after having
diligently served the people of the City of Janesville and the community for more than
22 years; retiring as a Senior Engineering Technician with the Engineering Division; and
WHEREAS, during Scott V. Nusbaum's employment with the City of Janesville, he
provided exemplary professional service and demonstrated conscientious devotion to
the duties of his position, which he performed with skill, ability, sincerity, honesty, and
dedication; and
WHEREAS, Scott V. Nusbaum began his employment with the City of Janesville as a
part-time Engineering Technician II in July 1999; and
WHEREAS, in the course of his employment, he held a number of positions, including
Engineering Technician II, Engineering Technician III, and Senior Engineering
Technician; and
WHEREAS, Scott V. Nusbaum was named the Engineering/Technical Services
Employee of the Year in 2003; and
WHEREAS, it is desired that such commendable service to the City of Janesville be
properly recognized.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the people of the City of Janesville,
through the City Council, do express their grateful appreciation to Scott V. Nusbaum for
his more than twenty-two years of loyal public service.
