2021-1937 RESOLUTION NO. 2021-1937
A resolution approving the final plat of Terneus Estates First Addition.
WHEREAS, a plat of"Terneus Estates First Addition", a subdivision lying in the SE.1/4
of the NE.1/4 of Section 16, T.3N., R.13E. of the 4th P.M., City of Janesville, Rock
County, Wisconsin was duly approved by the City Plan Commission on the 18th day of
October 2021, and is incorporated herein by reference; and
WHEREBY, this certain tract of land is platted into blocks, lots, outlots and streets.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL of the City of
Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, that said plat of"Terneus Estates First Addition" be
and is hereby accepted and approved for the purposes thereon shown.
