2021-828 with Attachment A • ORDINANCE NO. 2021-828 An ordinance changing the zoning classification of 2723 Milton Avenue from B2, Community Shopping District, to B4, Business Highway District, with a penalty and injunctive relief for a violation thereof as set forth in Section 42-332 of the Code of General Ordinances of the City of Janesville. THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JANESVILLE DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I. The zoning classification of the following described property is hereby changed from B2, Community Shopping District, to B4, Business Highway District: Lot Two (2), Certified Survey Map, recorded January 11, 1994, in Volume 17, Pages 113 and 114 Certified Survey Maps, as Document No. 1222263, being a Certified Survey Map of Lot 1 of Certified Survey Map No. 1135283, as recorded in Volume 15 on Pages 126 through 129 of Certified Survey Maps, being part of the SE.1/4 of Section 18, T.3N., R.13E., of the 4th P.M., City of Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin.
