2021-1910 RESOLUTION NO. 2021-1910
A resolution approving the final plat of Redwood Terrace Second Addition.
WHEREAS, a plat of "Redwood Terrace Second Addition", being part of the SE.1/4 of
the SE.1/4 of Section 11, T.2N., R.12E. of the 4th P.M., City of Janesville, Rock County,
Wisconsin, was duly approved by the City Plan Commission on the 7th day of
September 2021, and is incorporated herein by reference;
WHEREBY, this certain tract of land is platted into blocks, lots, and streets.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL of the City of
Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, that said plat of "Redwood Terrace Second
Addition" be and is hereby accepted and approved for the purposes thereon shown.
