2021-1911 RESOLUTION NO. 2021-1911
A resolution approving the final plat of Star View Acres.
WHEREAS, a plat of "Star View Acres", a subdivision lying in the SE.1/4 of the SW.1/4
and in the NE.1/4 of the SW.1/4 of Section 20, T.3N., R.12E. of the 4th P.M., Town of
Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, was duly approved by the City Plan Commission
on the 21st of June 2021, and is incorporated herein by reference;
WHEREAS, this certain tract of land is platted into blocks and lots;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL of the City of
Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, that said plat of Star View Acres be and is hereby
accepted and approved for the purposes thereon shown.
