2021-822 ORDINANCE NO. 2021-822 An ordinance changing and establishing the zoning classification of property located at the southeast corner of CTH Y and Wright Road to R1 and 01 upon annexation; and rezoning a portion of 5301 N Wright Road from R1 to 01. THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JANESVILLE DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I. The zoning classification of the following described property is established as R1, Single and Two-Family Residence District: PART OF LOT 1 OF A CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP RECORDED IN VOLUME 40, PAGES 220 THRU 223 OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAPS OF ROCK COUNTY, WISCONSIN AS DOCUMENT NO. 2148981 AND PART OF N. WRIGHT ROAD AND BEING LOCATED IN THE NE 1/4 OF THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 5, T.3N., R.13E. OF THE 4TH P.M., CITY OF JANESVILLE, ROCK COUNTY, WISCONSIN. DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: Commencing at the East 1/4 Corner of said Section; thence S34°11'12"W 1369.84 feet to the most easterly corner of said Lot, also being at the place of beginning for the land to be herein described; thence N88°34'10"W along the South Line of said Lot, 68.15 feet; thence N53°09'41"E 137.62 feet to the NE Line of N. Wright Road; thence S34°44'28"E along said NE Line, 105.44 feet to the NW Corner of Outlot 9, Ridges of Rock County Plat Number 1; thence N88°38'03"W 102.13 feet to the place of beginning. WRIGHT ROAD AND LOCATED IN THE NE 1/4 OF THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 5, T.3N., R.13E. OF THE 4TH P.M., CITY OF JANESVILLE, ROCK COUNTY, WISCONSIN. DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: Commencing at the East 1/4 Corner of said Section; thence S34°11'12"W 1369.84 feet to the most easterly corner of said Lot 1; thence N88°34'10"W along the South Line of said Lot, 68.15 feet to the place of beginning for the land to be herein described; thence N88°34'10"W continuing along said South Line, 110.96 feet; thence N88°48'16"W continuing along said South Line, 211.08 feet to the NE Line of C.T.H. The zoning classification of the following described property is hereby changed from R1, Single and Two-Family Residence District to 01, Office/Residence District: PART OF OUTLOT 8, RIDGES OF ROCK COUNTY PLAT NUMBER 1, LOCATED IN THE NE 1/4 OF THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 5, T.3N., R.13E. OF THE 4TH P.M., CITY OF JANESVILLE, ROCK COUNTY, WISCONSIN. DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: Commencing at the East 1/4 Corner of said Section; thence S34°11'12"W 1369.84 feet to the NE Corner of said Outlot 8; thence N88°34'10"W along the North Line of said Outlot, 68.15 feet to the place of beginning for the land to be herein described; thence S53°09'41"W 87.18 feet to the SW Line of said Outlot 8; thence N36°47'02"W along said SW Line, 68.72 feet to said North Line of said Outlot; thence S88°34'10"E along said North Line, 110.96 feet to the place of beginning. SECTION IV. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption by the Common Council, the public health, welfare, peace, tranquility, good order, public benefit, and police power so requiring.
