2021-818 ORDINANCE NO. 2021-818
An ordinance changing the zoning classification of 301 West Wall Street from B5,
Central Business District, to B6, Central Service District, with a penalty and
injunctive relief for a violation thereof as set forth in Section 42-332 of the Code of
General Ordinances of the City of Janesville.
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JANESVILLE DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. The zoning classification of the following described property is hereby
changed from B5, Central Business District, to B6, Central Service District:
Lot 143, Smith, Bailey & Stone's Addition and being located in Government Lot 2 of
Fractional Section 26, T.3N., R12E. of the 4th P.M., City of Janesville, Rock County,
Wisconsin. This also includes one-half of the public right-of-way of North High Street and
West Wall Street adjoining the above-described property.
SECTION II. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption by the Common
Council, the public health, welfare, peace, tranquility, good order, public benefit, and police
power so requiring.
