An ordinance amending Chapter 10 (Buildings and Construction of the Janesville Municipal Code) to modify
Appendix A-Fee Schedule 10-13 for permits,with penalties for violations thereof,together with injunctive relief and
remedies upon default of forfeiture payment as set forth in JGO Sec. 10-247.
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JANESVILLE DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. Section 10-13 of the Code of General Ordinances of the City of Janesville is hereby amended to
read as follows:

BUILDING PERMIT FEES
(Effective Date: January 1,M0 2021)
I. BUILDING PERMITS
A. Residential
1. New Construction 1-2 family erosion control monitoring $50.00
B. Commercial
1.New Construction/addition erosion control monitoring $89.00
SECTION II. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption by the Common Council, the public
health, welfare,peace,tranquility, good order, public benefit, and police power so requiring.
