An Ordinance adjusting Janesville Transit System Paratransit fees, with penalties for violations thereof
as set forth in JGO 38-665.
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JANESVILLE DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. The applicable sections of the Fee Schedule set forth in Appendix A to the Code of General
Ordinances of the City of Janesville are hereby adjusted to reflect the below new fees and is hereby
amended in the manner set forth in the attachment hereto:
1. $17.92 agency fare per paratransit ride charged to human service organizations purchasing
paratransit services on behalf of their paratransit-eligible clients for use during calendar year
2021.
2. $18.96 agency fare per paratransit ride charged to human service organizations purchasing
paratransit services on behalf of their paratransit-eligible clients for use during calendar year
2022.
3. $19.01 agency fare per paratransit ride charged to human service organizations purchasing
paratransit services on behalf of their paratransit-eligible clients for use during calendar year
2023.
