2020-1798 RESOLUTION NO. 2020-1798 A Resolution Authorizing to Convey of a portion of City Owned Land at 900 S. Palm Street. WHEREAS, the City of Janesville owns the following described parcels: OVER THAT PART OF GOVERNMENT LOT 1 OF FRACTIONAL W CONSINTION 2, T.2N., R.12E., OF THE 4TH P.M., CITY OF JANESVILLE, ROCK COUNTY, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: Commencing at the North 1/4 Corner of said Section; thence S36°05'24"W 1826.79 feet to the NW Corner of Lot 1 of a Certified Survey Map recorded in thence 34, Pages 200 thru 211; thence S21°45'53"E 156.41 feet to the SW Corner of said Lot; N68°01'29"E 252.71 feet to a Corner of said Lot; thence N86°14'21"E along the South Line of said Lot, 396.58 feet to the place of beginning for the easement be herein described; thence N86°14'21"E continuing along said South Line 25.02 feet; thence S5°58'53"E 34 feet more or less to the Water's Edge of Rock River; thence Westerly along said Water's edge 25 feet more or less to a line parallel to and 25 feet West of the East Line of this Easement; thence N5°58'53"W along said Parallel line, 34 feet more or less to the place of beginning.
