2020-804 FILE ORDINANCE NO. 2020-804
An ordinance amending Janesville General Ordinance 38-257 (a) so as to remove the sunset of
overnight parking on the City Hall lot located at 105 North Jackson Street, with penalties for violations
thereof as set forth in JGO 38-258.
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JANESVILLE DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. Section 38-257 (a). of the Code of General Ordinances of the City of Janesville is hereby amended
to read as follows:
"Sec. 38-257. - Sleeping in vehicles unlawful. (a) It is unlawful for any person to sleep in a parked vehicle
while on any public street, public parking lot, or park, from the hours of 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., except at the
City Hall Parking Lot located at 105 North Jackson Street, Janesville, WI, USA."
