RESOLUTION NO. 2005-205
A resolution approving the final plat of Rockport Ridge Estates Seventh Addition.
WHEREAS, a plat of "Rockport Ridge Estates Seventh Addition", a subdivision lying in the
SE 1j.¡ of the SE 1j.¡ and the SW.1/4 of the SE.1/4 of Section 33, T.3N., R.12E. of the 4th P.M.,
City of Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, was duly approved by the City Plan
Commission on the 19 day of September, 2005, and is incorporated herein by reference;
WHEREBY, this certain tract of land is platted into blocks, lots and streets;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL of the City of
Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, that said plat of Rockport Ridge Estates Seventh
Addition be and is hereby accepted and approved for the purposes thereon shown.
