RESOLUTION NO. 2005-204
A resolution approving the final plat of Pine Ridge Estates Fourth Addition.
WHEREAS, a plat of "Pine Ridge Estates Fourth Addition", a subdivision lying in the NW. ~ of
the NE.1/4, SW.1/4 of the NE.1/4, SE.1/4 of the NE.1/4 and the NE.1/4 of the NE.1/4 of Section
14, T.3N., R.12E. of the 4th P.M., City of Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, was duly
approved by the City Plan Commission on the 19 day of September, 2005, and is incorporated
herein by reference;
WHEREBY, this certain tract of land is platted into blocks, lots, streets and public greenbelt;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL of the City of Janesville,
Rock County, Wisconsin, that said plat of Pine Ridge Estates Fourth Addition be and is hereby
accepted and approved for the purposes thereon shown.
