RESOLUTION NO. 2005-201
A resolution approving the final plat of Hickory Ridge.
WHEREAS, a plat of "Hickory Ridge", a subdivision lying in the NE % of the SW % and in
Government Lots 2 and 3 of fractional Section 3, T.2N., R.12E. of the 4th P.M., City of
Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, was duly approved by the City Plan Commission on the
6 Day of September, 2005, and is incorporated herein by reference;
WHEREBY, this certain tract of land is platted into lots and outlots;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL of the City of
Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, that said plat of Hickory Ridge be and is hereby
accepted and approved for the purposes thereon shown.
