2020-1788 RESOLUTION NO. 2020 — 1788
WHEREAS, Daryl Schultz retired from City of Janesville employment after having
diligently served the people of the City and the community for more than 18 years,
retiring as a Driver with the Janesville Fire Department; and
WHEREAS, during Daryl Schultz' employment with the City, he provided exemplary
professional service and demonstrated conscientious devotion to the duties of his
position, which he performed with skill and ability, sincerity, honesty, and dedication;
and
WHEREAS, Daryl Schultz began his employment with the City as a
Firefighter/Paramedic with the Janesville Fire Department on February 25, 2002; and
WHEREAS, Daryl Schultz was involved in a variety of assignments during his career
including Firefighter, Paramedic, Preceptor, and Driver; and
WHEREAS, Daryl Schultz was a member of the Department's Hazardous Materials
Response Team; and
WHEREAS, it is desired that such commendable service to the City of Janesville be
properly recognized;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the people of the City of Janesville,
through the City Council, do express their grateful appreciation to Daryl Schultz for his
more than eighteen years of loyal public service.
