An ordinance changing the zoning classification of 3918 Whitney Street from 1V11, Light
Industrial District, to 64, Business Highway [District, with a penalty and injunctive relief for a
violation thereof as set forth in Section 42-332 of the Code of General Ordinances of the City
of Janesville_
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JANESvILLE co CD ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1_ The zoning classification of the following described property is hereby changed from
1\A1, Light Industrial Qistrict to 134, Business Highway Cistrict:
Part of the SW.1/4 of Section 8, T.31,J, R13E. and NW.1/4 of Section 17, 1-3N., R. 13E_, of the 4`"
P.M., Rock County, Wisconsin, described as follows: Beginning at the northwest corner of Lot 1 of
CSM #801682, Volume 3, Pages 145 8, 146; thence N_29'34'E_176.05'; thence S_54°44'E_ 184.5';
thence S.54°48'5. 12.04', thence S.35`'06'15"W 90.16', thence S.27`'30'W 85.58', thence
N.54°48'W 190.8' to point of beginning. Also includes one-half of the public right-of-way of Whitney
Street that is west of and adjoining above-described property.
SECTION II_ This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption by the Common Council,
the public health, welfare, peace, tranquility, good order, public benefit, and police power so
requiring.
