2020-1774 RESOLUTION NO. 2020-1774
A resolution approving the final plat of Boughton River Estates.
WHEREAS, a plat of "Boughton River Estates", lying in the NW.1/4 of the SW.1/4 of Section 4
and located in Government Lot 7 of Fractional Section 5, all being in the T.3N., R.12E. of the 4th
P.M., Town of Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, was duly approved by the City Plan
Commission on the 4th day of May, 2020, and is incorporated herein by reference; and
WHEREBY, this certain tract of land is platted into blocks and lots.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL of the City of Janesville,
Rock County, Wisconsin, that said plat of Boughton River Estates be and is hereby accepted
and approved for the purposes thereon shown.
