2020-793 ORDINANCE NO. 2020 - 793
An ordinance permitting the sale of unopened, pre-packaged intoxicating liquor for off-premises
consumption by Class B intoxicating liquor licensees with penalties and other relief for violations
thereof set forth in Janesville General Ordinance Sec. 6-104.
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JANESVILLE DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. Section 6-91.1 of the Code of General Ordinances of the City of Janesville is hereby amended to
read as follows:
"Sec. 6-95.1 — Sale Permitted For Off-Premises Consumption by Class B Intoxicating Liquor Licensees. A
Class B intoxicating liquor alcohol beverage licensee may sell unopened, prepackaged intoxicating liquor in
face-to-face sales for off-premises consumption until 9 p.m.. This permission and s
