An ordinance changing the zoning classification of 1212 Mayfair Drive and a
portion of 1221 Woodman Road from 132 to R1 D with a penalty and injunctive
relief for a violation thereof as set forth in Section 42-332 of the Code of General
Ordinances of the City of Janesville_
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JANESVILLE DO ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION I_ The zoning classification of the following described property is hereby
changed from 62, Community Shopping District, to R1 D, Two-Family Residence
District:
LOT 2 OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP RECORDED IN VOLUME 28, PAGES 118
THRU 121 OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAPS OF ROCK COUNTY, WISCONSIN, AS
DOC_ NO.169739 AND LOT 2 OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP RECORDED IN
VOLUME 32, PAGES 48 THRU 51 OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAPS OF ROCK
COUNTY, WISCONSIN, AS DOC. NO.1820718 (FORMERLY BEING PART OF 1_01-
14,
OT14, NORTHG.4TE PARK) AND LOCATED IN THE NW 1/4 OF THE NW 1/4 OF
SECTION 30, T_3FA_, R_13E. OF THE 41-1-I P.M., CITY OF JANESVILLE, ROCK
COUNTY, WISCONSIN.
DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: Commencing at the NW Corner of Section 30-3-13;
thence S88-30'54"E along the North Line of the NW 1/4 of said Section, 50.34 fleet to
the place of beginning for the land to be herein described; thence continuing along said
North line S88"•30'54"E 85.07 feet; thence S0-47'57"E 249.59 feet; thence 588`•47'27"E
168.02 feet; thence S61 57'30"E 5.95 feet; thence S29-36'33"W 135.63 feet; thence

feet to the place of beginning. Also includes one-half of the public right-of-way of
Mayfair Drive that is adjoining above-described property.
SECTION 11_ This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption by the
Common Council, the public health, welfare, peace, tranquility, good order, public
benefit, and police power so requiring.
