2020-1747 RESOLUTION NO. 2020 — 1747
WHEREAS, Rebecca Schmall retired from City of Janesville employment after having
diligently served the people of the City of Janesville and the community for more than
five years, retiring as a Police Officer with the Janesville Police Department; and
WHEREAS, during Rebecca Schmall's employment with the City of Janesville, she
provided exemplary professional service and demonstrated conscientious devotion to
the duties of her position, which she performed with skill and ability, sincerity, honesty,
and dedication; and
WHEREAS, Rebecca Schmall began her employment with the City of Janesville as a
Police Officer with the Janesville Police Department; and
WHEREAS, Rebecca Schmall was involved in a variety of assignments during her
career including Police Officer— First and Third Shift; and
WHEREAS, it is desired that such commendable service to the City of Janesville be
properly recognized;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the people of the City of Janesville,
through the City Council, do express their grateful appreciation to Rebecca Schmall for
her more than five years of loyal public service.
