2020-1754 RESOLUTION NO. 2020 - 1754
Whereas, Mark Francis retired from City of Janesville employment after having
diligently served the people of the City of Janesville and the community for more than
five years, retiring as a Building Maintenance Tech II, with the Public Works Operations
Division; and
Whereas, during Mark Francis' employment with the City of Janesville, he provided
exemplary professional service and demonstrated conscientious devotion to the duties
of his position, which he performed with skill and ability, sincerity, honesty, and
dedication; and
Whereas, Mark Francis began his employment with the City of Janesville as an
Electrician/Property Tech Trainee in December 2014; and
Whereas, it is desired that such commendable service to the City of Janesville be
properly recognized.
Now, Therefore, Be It Resolved that the people of the City of Janesville, through the
City Council, do express their grateful appreciation to Mark Francis for his more than
five years of loyal public service.
