RESOLUTION NO. 2005-171
Whereas, Marie Gullickson has retired from City of Janesville employment
after having diligently served the people of the City of Janesville and the community
for twenty-seven years, retiring as Human Resources Assistant with the Human
Resources Department; and
Whereas, during her service to the community, Marie Gullickson made
significant contributions in the recruitment of City of Janesville employees; benefits
administration; health plan administration; sound human resources advice to staff,
employees and retirees; and outstanding customer service; and
Whereas, during Marie Gullickson's employment with the City of Janesville,
she provided exemplary professional service and demonstrated conscientious devotion
to the duties of her position, which she performed with competence, sincerity,
honesty and dedication; and
Whereas, it is desired that such commendable service to the City of Janesville
be properly recognized;
Now, Therefore, Be It Resolved that the people of the City of Janesville,
through the City Council, do express their grateful appreciation to Marie Gullickson
for her twenty-seven years of loyal public service.
