ORDINANCE NO. 2005 - 268
An ordinance amending Title 18, Zoning, of the Code of General Ordinances to allow kennels as a
conditional use in the Ml, Light Industrial District and M2, General Industrial District, with a penalty
and injunctive relief for a violation thereof as set forth in Section 18.28.010 ofthe Code of General
Ordinances of the City of Janesville.
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JANESVILLE DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section I. Section 18.36.050.B.l.c.xi of the Code of General Ordinances of the City of J anesville is
hereby created to read as follows:
Xl. Kennels;
Section II. Section 18.36.050.B.2.c.xiv of the Code of General Ordinances of the City of J anesville is
hereby created to read as follows:
XIV. Kennels;
Section III. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption by the Common Council, the
public health, welfare, peace, tranquility, good order, public benefit, and police power so requiring.
