RESOLUTION NO. 2005-160
A resolution approving the final plat of Rotamer Ridge Estates Fourth Addition.
WHEREAS, a plat of "Rota mer Ridge Estates Fourth Addition", a subdivision lying in
the SW 1j.¡ of the NE 1j.¡ and the SE 1j.¡ of the NE 1j.¡ of Section 16, T.3N., R.13E. of the
4th P.M., City of Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, was duly approved by the City
Plan Commission on the 21 day of March, 2005, and is incorporated herein by
reference;
WHEREBY, this certain tract of land is platted into blocks, lots and streets;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL of the City of
Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, that said plat of Rotamer Ridge Estates Fourth
Addition be and is hereby accepted and approved for the purposes thereon shown.
