RESOLUTION NO. 2005-155
A resolution approving the final plat of Prairie Wood Estates Seventh Addition.
WHEREAS, a plat of "Prairie Wood Estates Seventh Addition", a subdivision lying in
part of the NW.1/4 of the NE.1/4 of Section 21, and the SW.1/4 of the SE.1/4 of Section
16, T.3N., R.13E. of the 4th P.M., City of Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, was duly
approved by the City Plan Commission on the 7 day of March, 2005, and is
incorporated herein by reference;
WHEREBY, this certain tract of land is platted into blocks, lots and streets;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL of the City of
Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, that said plat of Prairie Wood Estates Seventh
Addition be and is hereby accepted and approved for the purposes thereon shown.
