RESOLUTION NO. 2005-143
A resolution approving the final plat of Second Addition to Deerfield Subdivision.
WHEREAS, a plat of "Second Addition to Deerfield Subdivision", a subdivision lying in
Government Lot 1 of Fractional Section 15, T.2N., R.12E. of the 4th P.M., City of Janesville,
Rock County, Wisconsin, was duly approved by the City Plan Commission on the 7 day of
March, 2005, and is incorporated herein by reference;
WHEREBY, this certain tract of land is platted into blocks, lots, public greenbelt and streets;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL of the City of
Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, that said plat of Second Addition to Deerfield
Subdivision be and is hereby accepted and approved for the purposes thereon shown.
