RESOLUTION NO. 2005-139
A resolution approving the final plat of Rockport Ridge Estates Sixth Addition.
WHEREAS, a plat of "Rockport Ridge Estates Sixth Addition", a subdivision lying in part
of the NW.1/4 of the SE.1/4 and the SW.1/4 of the SE.1/4 of Section 33, T.3N., R.12E.,
of the 4th P.M., City of Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, was duly approved by the
City Plan Commission on the 21 day of February, 2005, and is incorporated herein by
reference;
WHEREBY, this certain tract of land is platted into blocks, lots and streets;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL of the City of
Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, that said plat of Rockport Ridge Estates Sixth
Addition be and is hereby accepted and approved for the purposes thereon shown.
