An ordinance changing and establishing the zoning classification of property located south of
and adjoining 418 East Conde Street.
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JANESVILLE DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. The zoning classification of the following described property is established as M2,
General Industrial District:
Unplatted lands located in part of the Northwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 and part of the Northeast 1/4 of
the Southwest 1/4 of Section 7, Township 02 North, Range 13 East, Town of La Prairie, Rock County,
Wisconsin, described as follows:
Commencing at the West Quarter Corner of said Section 7; thence 589°47'56"E, 1136.62 feet; thence
S89°46'23"E, 950.38 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence continuing S89°46'23"E, 369.78 feet to the
Center of said Section 7; thence S89°45'54"E, 695.81 feet; thence S51°54'49"W, 1519.25 feet; thence
N37°40'47"W, 100.00 feet; thence N51°54'07"E, 246.35 feet; thence N00°12'20"W, 710.32 feet to the
Point of Beginning.
SECTION III. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption by the Common Council, the
public health, welfare, peace, tranquility, good order, public benefit, and police power so requiring.
