2019-765 ORDINANCE NO. 2019-765 An ordinance changing the zoning classification of 152 S. Franklin Street from B6, Central Service District, to 02, Central Office/Residence District, with a penalty and injunctive relief for a violation thereof as set forth in Section 18.28.010 of the Code of General Ordinances of the City of Janesville. THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JANESVILLE DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I. The zoning classification of the following described property is hereby changed from B6, Central Service District, to 02, Central Office/Residence District: N 1/2 E. 85' of Lot 62, SMITH, BAILEY and STONE's ADDITION, located in the NE '/4 of the SW % of Section 36, T.3N., R.12E. of the 4th P.M., City of Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin Beginning at the most southerly corner of said Lot; thence N.44°31'30"W 35.05' to the Southeasterly line of McKinley Street; thence N.44°31'30"W approximately 33' to the centerline of McKinley Street; thence N.55°18'52"E approximately 124' to the centerline of South Franklin Street; thence S.44°27'9"E 66' m/I along the centerline of South Franklin Street; thence S.54°32'20"W approximately 38.70' to the mostly Easterly corner of said Lot; thence S.54°32'20"W 85.00' to the place of beginning. SECTION II. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption by the Common Council, the public health, welfare, peace, tranquility, good order, public benefit, and police power so requiring.
