An ordinance establishing the zoning classification of Prairie Knoll Park located east
of South Oakhill Avenue and north of STH 11.
THE COMMON COUNCil OF THE CITY OF JANESVlllE DO ORDAIN AS FOllOWS:
SECTION I. The zoning classification of the following described property is established as
C, Conservancy District.
Part of the NE~ of Section 14 T.2N., R.12E. of the 4th P.M., Rock Township, Rock County,
Wisconsin.
DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: Beginning at an iron pipe monument at the N~ corner of said
Section 14; thence S.89°14'33"E. along the north line of said section, 1720.15 feet; thence
due south, and parallel to the north-south centerline of said section, 1000.09 feet; thence
N.89°14'33"W. parallel with the north line of said section, 1720.15 feet; thence due north
along the north-south centerline, 1000.09 feet to the place of beginning. Excepting the
right-of-way of South Oakhill Avenue.
SECTION II. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption by the Common
Council, the public health, welfare, peace, tranquility, good order, public benefit, and police
power so requiring.
