An ordinance changing and establishing the zoning classification of property located
at 1712 North Parker Drive.
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JANESVILLE DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. The zoning classification of the following described property is established as
R1, Single and Two-Family Residence District.
Part of the SW~ of Section 24 T.3N., R.12E. of the 4th P.M., Janesville Township, Rock
County, Wisconsin.
DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot 1, Knudsons'
Subdivision; thence S.88°57'E. along the south line of said Lot 1, 124.45 feet to the
southeast corner of said Lot 1; thence continuing S.88°57'E., 15.11 feet to the west right-of-
way line of USH 51; thence S.1 °OO'E. along said west right-of-way line, 167 feet more or
less to the north line of the SE Y:z of the SW ~ of said Section 24; thence westerly along
said north line, 195 feet, more or less, to the west right-of-way line of CTH 'F'; thence
N .9°55'W., 165 feet, more or less to the intersection of said west right-of-way line and the
south line of said Lot 1 extended; thence S.88°57'E., 81 feet, more or less, to the point of
beginning.
SECTION II. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption by the Common
Council, the public health, welfare, peace, tranquility, good order, public benefit, and police
power so requiring.
