An Ordinance amending the list of Connecting and Through Arterial Streets with no stated penalty.
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JANESVILLE DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
Section 10.16.020 of the Code of General Ordinances ofthe City of Janesville is hereby
amended as follows:
Connecting Arterial Streets
Except At
Kellogg Avenue
(Center Avenue through River Road)
Northbound traffic on South River Road
may proceed without stopping.

(Opportunity Drive to South Jackson Street
and Center Avenue through River Road)
Northbound Traffic on South River Road
may proceed without stopping.
