2019-759 ORDINANCE NO. 2019-759 An ordinance changing and establishing the zoning classification of property located at 2696 East Racine Street to R3 and adjoining property to the south to Conservancy upon annexation. THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JANESVILLE DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I. The zoning classification of the following described property is established as R3, General Residence District: PART OF THE NW 1/4 OF THE NW 1/4 AND PART OF THE NE 1/4 OF THE NW 1/4 OF SECTION 5, T.2N., R.13E., OF THE 4TH P.M., TOWN OF LAPRAIRIE, ROCK COUNTY, WISCONSIN. ALSO A CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP RECORDED IN VOLUME 10, PAGE 120 OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAPS OF ROCK COUNTY, WISCONSIN, AS DOCUMENT NO.932498 AND LOCATED IN THE SW 1/4 OF THE NW % OF SECTION 5, T.2N., R.13E. OF THE 4TH P.M., TOWN OF LA PRAIRIE, ROCK COUNTY, WISCONSIN. OF THE 4TH P.M., TOWN OF LA PRAIRIE, ROCK COUNTY, WISCONSIN. SECTION III. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption by the Common Council, the public health, welfare, peace, tranquility, good order, public benefit, and police power so requiring.
