2019-756 ORDINANCE NO. 2019-756
An ordinance changing the zoning classification of 1946 South River Road from
R1, Single-Family and Two-Family Residence District, to R3M, Medium Density
Residence District, with a penalty and injunctive relief for a violation thereof as
set forth in Section 18.28.010 of the Code of General Ordinances of the City of
Janesville.
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JANESVILLE DO ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. The zoning classification of the following described property is hereby
changed from R1, Single-Family and Two-Family Residence District, to R3M, Medium
Density Residence District:
Lot Two of a Certified Survey Map recorded in Volume 14, Pages 211 thru 213 of
Certified Survey Maps of Rock County, Wisconsin, as Document No. 1105014
and located in Government Lot 6 of Fractional Section 10, T.2N., R.12E. of the
4th P.M., City of Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin.
SECTION II. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption by the
Common Council, the public health, welfare, peace, tranquility, good order, public
benefit, and police power so requiring.
