RESOLUTION NO. 2004-115
A resolution approving the final plat of Huntington Estates First Addition.
WHEREAS, a plat of "Huntington Estates First Addition", a subdivision located on Outlot 1,
Huntington Place, a recorded subdivision, and Outlots 4 and 5, Fifteenth Addition to Fox
Ridge Estates, a recorded subdivision, located in the SW. ~ of the NW.1/4, the NW.1/4 of
the NW.1/4 and the NE.1/4 of the NW.1/4 of Section 16, T.3., R.13E. of the 4th P.M., City
of Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, was duly approved by the City Plan Commission
on the 15 day of November, 2004, and is incorporated herein by reference;
WHEREBY, this certain tract of land is platted into blocks, lots, outlot, public greenbelt and
streets;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL of the City of
Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, that said plat of Huntington Estates First Addition be
and is hereby accepted and approved for the purposes thereon shown.
