RESOLUTION 2004-114
A Resolution Authorizing the Administration to Change the Note Registrar Duties on
Various General Obligation Promissory Note Issues from J.P. Morgan to Wells Fargo
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Janesville named Bank One and J.P.
Morgan as our note registrar for the City of Janesville General Obligation Notes Series
1999, 1999A, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2002 REF, 2003 and 2003A; and
WHEREAS, the Administration has negotiated with Wells Fargo to act as our Note
Registrar; and
WHEREAS, the City of Janesville would save approximately $2,700 in debt processing
expenses on an annual basis as a result of changing note registrars;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Common Council of the City of
Janesville that it hereby authorizes the Administration to change its note registrar for the
above-mentioned note issues to Wells Fargo.
