A special meeting of the City Council of the City of Janesville held in the Municipal Building
on November 3, 2004.
The meeting was called to order by Council President Steeber at 6:30 p.m.
Present: Council President Steeber, Councilmembers, Addie, Brien, DeGarmo, Tim
Wellnitz, Tom Wellnitz and Williams.
The City Council reviewed the following proposed 2005 budgets: Leisure Services;
Tallman House; Golf Courses; Transit; Housing, Building and Neighborhood Services; Fire
Department; Police Department; Major Capital Projects-Debt Fund; Public Works
Improvement Program-Assessable; and the 2003-2007 Capital Improvements Program.
During the review of the budgets, the City Council asked various questions.
The Council did not review the Library lobby renovation plans.
Matters not on the Agenda. There were none.
There being no further business, Council adjourned at 8:27 p.m.
