RESOLUTION NUMBER 2004-111
INITIAL RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING NOT TO
EXCEED $2,395,000 BONDS OF THE CITY OF JANESVILLE
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of J anesville, Wisconsin, that there
shall be issued the general obligation bonds of the City in a principal amount not to exceed
$2,395,000 to refund outstanding General Obligation Promissory Notes, Series 1998, of the City.
For the purpose of paying principal of and interest on the bonds, there is hereby levied on all the
taxable property in the City a direct annual irrepealable tax sufficient for that purpose.
