An ordinance changing and establishing the zoning classification of land located in
the southwest corner of Beloit Avenue and STH 11.
THE COMMON COUNCil OF THE CITY OF JANESVlllE DO ORDAIN AS FOllOWS:
SECTION I. The zoning classification of the following described property is established as
M1, Light Industrial District.
PART OF THE SE. %, PART OF THE NE. %, PART OF THE SW. % OF SECTION 13, PART
OF THE NE. % AND PART OF THE NW. % OF SECTION 24, ALL BEING IN T.2N., R.12E. OF
THE 4TH P.M., ROCK TOWNSHIP, ALSO PART OF THE SW. % OF SECTION 18 AND PART
OF THE NW. % OF SECTION 19, ALL BEING IN T.2N., R.13E. OF THE 4TH P.M., LA PRAIRIE
TOWNSHIP, ALL BEING IN ROCK COUNTY, WISCONSIN.
DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: Commencing at an aluminum monument at the NE. corner of said
